  情景对话   Lele:Would your company care at all about service after sales?   Biddy:What? We're doing a one-shot deal?   Lele:Some businessmen spare no efforts in selling the products; but once the deal is done, it's none of their business whether the product quality goes a long way or not.   Biddy:What a shame on the trade of business!How could they expect their customers to vote for them again when buyers are totally ignored?   Lele:They are taking a hit-and-run policy.   Biddy:It isn't hit and run; it's do and done.   Biddy: What can I do for you, sir?   Customer:I bought the silk scarf from your shop days ago, but I don't think I can find the receipt any more.   Biddy: Don't worry, sir. Let me see. I'm definitely sure it's our product. Now would you exchange it for a larger size, or you hope to be reimbursed?   Customer: Now can I have two larger size scarfs,please? Of course,I need to pay the extra.   Biddy: Why not, sir!
